the 15storied 74 apartments  cum office space consists of six blocks where the

front block gets staggered on top for open to sky terraces. community functions

are accommodated in ground & fifth floor. the total design is amid a tight urban

neighborhood where land speculation is very high. color is used as mode of variation

in form .subtle changes in fenestration & form would create a large vibrant  texture

while viewing from a vantage point
